PROFESSIONAL MAGIC SHOW TALENT AGREEMENT

Curt Miller Productions, Inc. will be referred to as the entertainment entity in this document.

Jordi Viscarri will be referred to as the talent in this document.

The undersigned engages the talent named hereinafter for the engagement described below, and the talent agrees to so perform.

3. Event: "A Magical Christmas" Show
4. Event Location Name: Woodlawn Theatre
5. Location Address: 1920 Fredericksburg Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78201
6. Performance Type: Singing, Dancing, General Show Participation
7. Performance Time: Various

8. Performance Pay: $1000 + $50/most rehearsals

Rehearsal Info: Preliminary Rehearsal Schedule:HOUSTON NOV 1 (Sunday, 2 PM - 6 PM NOV 8 (Sunday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM) NOV 15 (Sunday, 2 PM - 6 PM) NOV 29 (Sunday, 2 PM - 6 PM) DEC 6 (Sunday, 2 PM - 6 PM) DEC 12 (Saturday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) SAN ANTONIO DEC 17 (Thursday, 1:30 PM) DINNER BREAK PROVIDED DEC 17 (Thursday, 7:00 PM): DRESS REHEARSAL (POSSIBLE) DEC 18 (Friday, 1:00 PM) Final Dress Rehearsal if needed. A few extra rehearsals might be added as needed. Walk-through and dress rehearsals will be in San Antonio on December 17, 2026 (afternoon & evening) and possibly on Friday afternoon December 18, 2026.

TERMS

1. Receipt of this contract confirms a verbal contract between the above mentioned Talent and Curt Miller Productions Inc. (also called CMP). In the event that cancellation by Talent should be necessary, the above mentioned Talent is required to cancel this contract with CMP, in writing, no less than 180 days prior to the scheduled event.
2. Talent mentioned above agrees to assume all safety responsibilities in regards to this performance. Talent agrees that neither Curt Miller Productions, Inc. nor Curt Miller are responsible for any injuries that may occur in relationship to this event, performance, or rehearsal.
3. If this is an outdoor event, this event may be cancelled due to weather. In this event no money will be owed to either above mentioned Talent or Curt Miller Productions, Inc.

The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization or business.

I, Jordi Viscarri, sign this document stating I have read and agreed to all of the above in cooperation with Curt Miller Productions, Inc..

All terms of this contract are contingent upon strike, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.
